Job summary

Hydro is seeking an Account Executive to drive customer growth and relationship development across the Southwest United States, including AZ, NM, NV, and Southern CA. The role requires expertise in specifications, project requirements, and long-term partnerships within the aluminum extrusion market.

Located in Moon Township, Hydro North America’s Building & Construction region will require you to own strategic account development, new-business pipeline growth, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing, including account management and strategy development.
• Strong pricing, negotiation and contracts knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage relationships in a B2B environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Northern California region and Hydro sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic building, construction, and industrial customers in the defined territory.
• Develop account plans to expand market share and profitability.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities for extruded aluminum products and related services.
• Lead commercial discussions including quotations, pricing trends, and contracts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and reliable execution.
• Maintain forecasts, budgets, and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Follow up on quotations, tooling, and PO timing to move opportunities forward.
• Support collections, dispute resolution, and service recovery when needed.
