Blue Line Search Group seeks an Account Executive to grow our client base with a fully remote, US-based position. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and partner with recruiters to ensure renewals and expansion.

We offer a base salary of $65,000–$85,000 plus uncapped commissions on placements and contracts, plus the flexibility of remote work. You’ll sell AI-assisted recruiting platform services delivered by our team, with a strong commission upside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing/recruiting sales.
• Able to prospect and forecast weekly with honesty.
• Comfortable selling to owners, HR leaders, and operations executives.

Responsibilities

• Win new client companies for our search and staffing services.
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, close.
• Sell leveraging our AI-assisted platform with live metrics for clients.
• Partner with recruiters post-sale to renew and expand accounts.
