• At least 1 year of sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume outreach experience.
• Strong written communication with messages that get replies.
• Organized and consistent—sourcing is a rhythm business.
• Curious about AI tooling and eager to use more AI in sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for client searches using our AI-assisted platform.
• Run first-touch outreach and qualify interest before handing warm candidates to recruiters
• Maintain pipeline hygiene: statuses current, notes clean, no candidate left in limbo
• Feed market intel back to recruiters (what's pulling responses, where the talent actually is)
