Blue Line Search Group seeks an Account Executive to grow our client base with a fully remote, US-based position. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and partner with recruiters to ensure renewals and expansion.

We offer a base salary of $65,000–$85,000 plus uncapped commissions on placements and contracts, plus the flexibility of remote work. You’ll sell AI-assisted recruiting platform services delivered by our team, with a strong commission upside.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing/recruiting sales.
• Able to prospect and forecast weekly with honesty.
• Comfortable selling to owners, HR leaders, and operations executives.

What You'll Do

• Win new client companies for our search and staffing services (contingent search, talent pipelines, volume hiring)
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting (our AI tooling drafts and targets your outreach), discovery, proposal, close
• Sell something with receipts: our platform shows clients live applicant flow and delivery metrics from day one
• Partner with recruiters post-sale so your accounts renew and expand

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; staffing/recruiting-industry sales a strong plus
• Comfortable selling to owners, HR leaders, and operations executives
• Pipeline discipline — you forecast honestly and prospect weekly no matter what
• Hungry for commission upside

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$85,000 base depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on placements and contracts
