Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Account Executive to join our remote Go-to-Market team operating during US business hours. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting net-new B2B SaaS customers.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to demonstrate value and drive rapid growth in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication is required.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience closing net-new B2B SaaS sales.
Proven success in quota attainment within a new business (hunter) sales environment.
Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to communicate technical solutions in terms of business value.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Self-motivated with strong ownership and execution skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound opportunities while proactively building your own outbound pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and close new business opportunities.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and delivery.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
