Job summary

UserGems, a remote-first company, seeks an Account Development Representative II to drive outbound prospecting across phone, LinkedIn, and email. You will book demos, partner with demand generation, and hand off to the AE team, with travel for conferences and events.

The role is entry-level with a real growth path, reporting to the Account Development Manager, and involves using UserGems to prospect and learn the product. Remote US, full-time, comp tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role.
• Not afraid of the phone and able to do early-stage prospecting.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or RevOps is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outbound: phone, LinkedIn, and email to book meetings.
• Collaborate with demand gen on target accounts and hand off to AE team.
• Follow up on demo requests and relentlessly pursue outreach objectives.
• Test and iterate outreach strategies across channels to break through noise.
• Travel for annual conferences and company events as part of the role.
