WM is seeking an Account Associate I for a remote role serving Small/Medium business customers. You will manage inbound requests, perform proactive outreach, and drive retention and growth of the book of business from a team queue.

The position emphasizes sound retention strategies, negotiation skills, and alignment with WM's growth objectives. Eligible for monthly commission, office attendance is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 1 year B2B account management, inside sales (phone based sales), and/or customer service with a sales component.

Responsibilities

• Manages retention and acquisition goals, allocating time accordingly.
• Maintains documentation across systems and processes during interactions.
