WM is seeking an Account Associate I for a remote role serving Small/Medium business customers. You will be part of a team queue focusing on retaining and growing the book of business, managing inbound requests, and performing proactive outreach to prevent cancellations and secure updated contracts.

Success relies on retention strategies, negotiation skills, and alignment with WM's growth objectives while operating within a distributed team model and using CRM and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Business-to-business account management, inside sales (phone based sales), and/or customer service experience that includes a sales component

Responsibilities

• Drives retention and growth of the assigned book of business.
• Communicates in a focused and compelling way to influence customers.
• Uses sales tools and processes with accurate documentation of interactions.
• Analyzes reports and handles general administrative duties as appropriate.
