Job summary

WM is seeking an Account Associate I to serve as a key contact for Small/Medium business customers in a remote capacity. The role focuses on retaining and growing the team’s book of business through inbound calls and proactive outreach, aiming to prevent cancellations and secure updated contracts.

Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Baltimore, MD or Pittsburgh, PA metro area. The pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly commissions and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 1 year Business-to-business account management, inside sales (phone based sales), and/or customer service experience that includes a sales component
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and pricing tools

Responsibilities

• Communicates in a focused and compelling way that drives customers’ thoughts and actions.
• Uses change management processes to meet sales role demands.
• Allocates time to retention and acquisition goals, requirements, and opportunities.
• Explores alternatives to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.
• Contributes to team responsibilities and collaborates.
• Navigates multiple systems and tools with accurate documentation of interactions.
• Uses WM sales productivity tools (Salesforce CRM and Pricing Tools) accurately.
• Analyzes reports and handles general administrative duties
