Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the primary access resource in a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes, while coordinating with sales, patient services, and partner teams to ensure patient access.

You will travel 3–4 days per week, build territory plans, monitor payer trends, and maintain compliant ROE guidelines while delivering education to healthcare providers and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Field Reimbursement, Managed Care, or related roles.
• Experience with Retail and Specialty Pharmacy payer landscapes preferred.
• Strong presentation and office education skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated access and reimbursement resource within assigned territory.
• Educate providers on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate with sales, patient services, and hub partners to optimize patient access.
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer policy and formulary changes.
• Travel 3–4 days per week within territory; report compliant activities.
