Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources within a defined territory. You will develop and execute a territory access plan, align with sales and patient services, and document activities in the CRM.

This field-based role emphasizes compliant, consultative support to obtain insurance authorization and reimbursement for products.

Qualifications

• Experience educating healthcare providers and staff on access processes and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of payer policies, formularies, and prior authorization processes.
• Ability to develop territory plans and communicate insights to internal teams.

Responsibilities
