Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as a dedicated resource in an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access services, driving compliant access strategies that align with ROE guidelines.

The role collaborates with sales, market access, and hub partners to prioritize accounts, monitor payer trends, and document progress in the CRM. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days a week within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources.
• Develop and execute territory access plans in collaboration with sales and market access teams.
• Document activities in the CRM platform and provide insights to internal partners.
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and access barriers to optimize patient access.
