Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in the United States. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources, focusing on access for cardiovascular products.

Develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document activities in the CRM while maintaining ROE compliance and patient-centric support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week within the Territory.
• Experience educating HCPs on access processes and patient service programs.
• Strong analytic capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices.
• Educate on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Participate in client meetings and document activities in the CRM.
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the geography.
• Communicate payer insights and changes to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure use of client-approved materials and resources.
