Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role to educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services. You will develop territory access plans and coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, hub/specialty pharmacy partners, and other stakeholders, documenting activities in the CRM.

The role emphasizes compliant ROE adherence, educating offices to obtain insurance authorization and product reimbursement,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics) or healthcare provider office practice management
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital Healthcare Systems experience a plus
• Travel 3-4 days a week with overnights, must reside within the territory
• Solution oriented mindset, strong business acumen, and analytic capabilities
• Experience educating HCPs and office staff on client specific Patient Service programs (e.g. copay)
• Experience delivering educational presentations in person and via Zoom/Webex/Teams
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support appropriate patient access to our client’s products in provider offices.
• Educate offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy drug Prior Authorizations, Appeals, and Denials.
• Participate in client meetings and cross-functional calls; input activity into CRM.
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the geography; monitor payer policy and formulary coverage.
• Communicate changes to internal stakeholders; provide education during the access process.
• Use client-approved materials and ROE; avoid non-approved messaging.
