Job summary

Stratis Group, a specialized pharmaceutical consulting firm, seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to lead territory access efforts. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, assist with prior authorizations, and support patient access across Retail and Specialty pharmacy channels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in field reimbursement, managed care, patient services, or related sales roles.
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Travel 3-4 days a week within territory; resides within territory.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; knowledge of CMS/Medicare Part D is a plus.
  • Ability to educate providers and staff on access processes and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory access plan to optimize patient access.
  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and denials.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and hub partners.
  • Maintain CRM activity and document field observations, payer trends, and ROE adherence.
  • Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and utilization management in Retail and Specialty.
  • Identify barriers and communicate insights to internal teams.
