Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the primary access resource within an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources while coordinating with sales and matrix partners to drive compliant access initiatives.

The role requires developing a territory access plan, prioritizing accounts, and delivering in-person education to healthcare providers, with a focus on Retail Pharmacy

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in field reimbursement, managed care, patient services, or related areas.
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience educating healthcare providers on access processes and payer requirements.
  • Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week within territory.
  • Strong analytic capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient access resources and ROE.
  • Develop and execute territory access plan and prioritize accounts per client objectives.
  • Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
  • Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage and utilization management requirements; report trends.
  • Document activities in CRM and coordinate with sales, hub/pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders.
