Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to serve as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage for client products. This remote/field-based position provides approved education to defined accounts within a territory, coordinating with hubs and cross-functional teams to enhance patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension experience preferred; cardiology, pulmonology and/or orphan drug experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and provide education to HCP offices and field teams.
• Coordinate with hubs and third parties on access/reimbursement issues.
• Educate and update HCPs on payer coverage and changes impacting patient access.
• Support patient access with subject matter expertise on payer coverage within policy guidelines.
• Attend National and Regional Meetings.
