Job summary

Syneos Health seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues for the client’s products. This remote/field-based role will educate defined accounts within a territory, coordinate with hubs, and collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access, and Public Affairs to facilitate patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in public or private third‑party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
• Experience with hubs and payer coverage issues across provider types.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues
• Provide product access/reimbursement education to HCP offices
• Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams upon approved direction
• Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs
• Provide education and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products
• Provide information to HCP on how products are covered under the benefit design
• Answer questions about coverage and ICD-10 codes
• Educate and update HCPs on payer coverage changes impacting access
• Support patient access with payer coverage expertise within policies
• Educate HCP offices on the hub program and patient support offerings
• Demonstrate knowledge of access resources and payer policies
• Attend National and Regional Meetings
