Job summary

Syneos Health, based in the United States, seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to act as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage affecting client products. The ARM will operate as a remote/field-based role, delivering in-person or virtual education to defined accounts within a territory.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Market Access, and hubs, analyze payer issues, and support patient access while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and drive within territory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide reimbursement education to HCP offices and field teams.
• Coordinate with hubs and third parties on access issues.
• Educate on payer coverage and hub programs.
• Attend National and Regional Meetings.
