Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for a remote/field-based role in Denver, CO. The ARM will serve as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues, educating HCP offices and field teams while coordinating with hubs and cross-functional partners to facilitate patient access.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in sales, healthcare, or related fields, plus at least 3 years in reimbursement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension experience preferred. Cardiology, Pulmonology and/or orphan drug experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze access/reimbursement issues for client products.
Provide access/reimbursement education to HCP offices.
Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams per approved direction.
Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with hubs/third parties.
Educate and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products.
Explain coverage and payer design to HCPs, ICD-10 coding, and patient access questions.
Educate HCP offices on hub programs including patient support offerings.
