Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a remote Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the reimbursement specialist for clients’ products. This field-based role provides education and coordinates with hub and field teams to improve patient access within the territory.

The ARM will analyze payer coverage, educate HCP offices, and travel locally/nationally as needed. Strong collaboration and knowledge of payer processes are essential; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with hubs, billing, coding and appeals across provider types.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and provide education to HCP offices and field teams.
• Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with hubs and third parties.
• Educate on payer coverage and hub program; attend national and regional meetings.
