Job summary

The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) at Syneos Health will serve as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage for the client’s products. This remote/field-based role travels within the territory to provide in-person (or virtual) education to defined accounts and to support patient access.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access, Public Affairs, and other teams to analyze issues, educate HCP offices, and coordinate with hubs on patient cases while following

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension experience preferred; cardiology/pulmonology/orphan drug experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide reimbursement education to HCP offices and field teams.
• Coordinate with hubs on access/reimbursement issues and patient cases.
• Educate and update HCPs on payer coverage and hub programs.
• Attend National and Regional Meetings.
