Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to serve as the reimbursement expert for client products. This remote/field-based role provides education to defined accounts and coordinates with hubs on patient access and coverage.

You will partner with Field Sales, Market Access, and other teams to ensure payer requirements are understood. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or 4+ years in healthcare, with 3+ years in third-party reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension experience preferred; cardiology/pulmonology/orphan drug experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues for client products.
• Provide reimbursement education to HCP offices and field teams.
• Coordinate with hubs and third parties on access issues and patient support.
• Educate on payer coverage and hub programs for patient access.
• Travel to assigned healthcare accounts; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
