Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the reimbursement subject-matter expert for our client's products.

This remote/field-based role provides education to defined accounts within a territory, in person or virtual when required, to facilitate patient access. The ARM analyzes payer issues, coordinates with hubs, and collaborates with Field Sales, Market Access, Public Affairs, State and Government Affairs, and trade teams while traveling within the territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
• Local and national travel required for this position.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide product access/reimbursement education to HCP offices.
• Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with hubs and third parties.
• Educate and update HCPs on payer coverage and hub programs.
• Attend National and Regional Meetings.
