Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for a remote/field-based role. You will educate accounts on reimbursement, analyze access issues, and coordinate with hubs to support patient access across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in reimbursement or pharmaceutical access, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field. Travel to assigned accounts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical access.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide education to HCP offices on access and reimbursement.
• Educate field teams on access/reimbursement strategies.
• Coordinate on access issues with hubs and third parties.
• Provide education on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products.
• Explain coverage under Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid.
• Answer coverage questions and ICD-10 coding inquiries.
• Update HCPs on payer policy changes affecting access.
• Support patient access with subject-matter expertise on payer issues.
• Educate on hub programs and patient support resources.
• Share knowledge on access resources and payer processes.
• Attend National and Regional Meetings.
