Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to serve as SME on reimbursement, access and coverage issues for our client’s products.

This remote/field-based role delivers education to accounts within a territory, coordinating with hub programs and cross-functional teams to facilitate patient access. You will analyze payer challenges, support field teams, and travel locally and nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension experience preferred; cardiology/pulmonology/orphan drug exposure is a plus.
• Experience with hubs, billing, coding, appeals across provider types.
• Experience with commercial payers, Medicare plans and state Medicaid in geographic region.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and provide education to HCP offices.
• Coordinate with hubs and field teams on patient access and coverage.
• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer policies and coverage.
• Support national and regional meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
