Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access and coverage for the company’s products. This remote/field-based role delivers education to accounts within a defined territory and supports patient access through payer knowledge and collaboration with field teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in reimbursement across public or private payers, experience with hubs, and willingness to travel within the territory to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience
• Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry
• Travel and a valid driver’s license required
• Proven ability to coordinate across hubs and payer processes

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues
• Provide education on access/reimbursement to HCP offices
• Educate field teams on payer coverage and access
• Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs
• Provide information on coverage under different payer designs (Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid)
• Attend National and Regional Meetings
