Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager. This remote/field-based role provides education on reimbursement and patient access to defined accounts within a territory.

You will analyze access issues, support hub coordination, and work with Field Sales and Market Access to optimize payer coverage. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in reimbursement or pharmaceutical support, knowledge of hubs, and ability to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years professional healthcare, sales, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access and coverage.
• Educate HCP offices and field teams on payer processes and hub programs.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams.
• Coordinate with hubs and manage patient access issues and enrollment.
• Attend national and regional meetings and travel as required.
