Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for a remote/field-based role. You will act as the reimbursement subject-matter expert, educating defined accounts within a territory, and coordinating with hubs and field teams to facilitate patient access. Travel locally and nationally as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in reimbursement or pharma support, with knowledge of payer processes and hub programs, and is prepared to operate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide product access/reimbursement education to HCP offices.
• Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams upon approved direction.
• Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs.
• Provide education and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payers.
• Explain coverage and payer design to HCPs.
• Answer questions about coverage and ICD-10 codes for products.
• Educate HCPs on hub programs and patient support resources.
• Coordinate with field sales teams and regional management.
• Attend national and regional meetings.
