Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Access & Patient Support Supervisor to oversee customer service, enrollment, and reimbursement activities for a nationwide program. You will supervise 70+ staff, coach individuals remotely, and ensure adherence to SOPs and program requirements.

The role emphasizes staffing, performance reviews, and collaboration with internal partners to resolve complex issues while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 3-5 years of related field preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff performing customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities.
• Lead an inbound/outbound patient access support team of 70+ members.
• Develop and coach team in a 100% remote setting with regular coaching 1x1s.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Review program metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly and report to senior leadership.
