Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years proven leadership experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency, and lead remote teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development/training goals for team members in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions with program metrics.
• Review program metrics regularly and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service, monitor KPIs like abandon rate and first call resolution.
• Test and implement program changes including technology and platform upgrades.
• Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s and feedback sessions.
• Handle Workday tasks including timecards and PTO. Comply with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues and meet deadlines.
