Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for Access and Patient Support to oversee staff performing customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities, benefit investigations, prior authorization, copay enrollment and other hub services.

The role is fully remote within the United States and requires strong leadership of a remote team. Responsibilities include coaching, SOP development, KPI tracking, and collaboration with internal partners to resolve program issues, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years proven leadership experience in a call center.
• Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development/training goals for remote team members.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions with program metrics.
• Review program metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and report to leadership.
• Manage workload to ensure efficient customer service operations; monitor KPIs.
