Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and coach remote teams.
• Experience creating and enforcing SOPs and process documentation.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Time management and prioritization across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support.
• Maintain development and training goals for a remote team.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program-specific instructions and metrics.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service operations and monitor KPIs.
• Lead policy changes and testing related to technology and business rules.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance discussions with team members.
• Manage Workday tasks including timecards and PTO approvals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and HIPAA plans.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain client/contact with partners.
