This full-time, remote position offers scheduling flexibility and opportunities to drive improvements in patient access programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a remote patient access support team.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions specific to the program.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of program metrics for leadership.
• Test/issue resolution and approvals for program changes including IT/platform updates.
• Manage HR responsibilities such as timecards and coaching for team members.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
