Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer service.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities with strong time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency and stay highly organized.
• Commitment to developing self and team members.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees.
• Shift flexibility for coverage on early/later shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support teams.
• Maintain development and training goals in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program-specific work instructions and metrics.
• Review program metrics on a regular basis and report to leadership.
• Manage team workflow, monitor calls and KPIs like abandonment rate and FCR.
• Test and approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
• Provide coaching and feedback during regular 1:1s with team members.
• Handle Workday tasks such as approvals for timecards and PTO.
