Job summary

Learner Education is hiring an Academic Sales Representative for a fully remote, inbound sales role. You will engage families, understand academic needs, and guide enrollments with professional communication across phone, text, and email.

The position emphasizes closing opportunities, meeting enrollment targets, and maintaining CRM records, with a base salary of 45,000–50,000 and an uncapped commission potential that can exceed 30,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in consultative, inside, enrollment, or phone-based environments.
• Experience handling objections, discussing pricing, and closing opportunities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to receive feedback and work in a fast-paced remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who express interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges and tutoring needs.
• Communicate value of tutoring solutions and close enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Achieve enrollment, conversion, revenue and performance goals.
