Job summary

Learner Education is seeking an Academic Sales Representative to connect families with tutoring services. This inbound, phone-based role focuses on understanding needs, presenting value, handling objections, and guiding enrollment from qualified leads.

You'll work fully remotely, with a set schedule and opportunities for uncapped commissions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consultative sales, a track record of meeting quotas, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in consultative sales, enrollment, admissions, or phone-based environments.
• Experience meeting quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value clearly.
• Close opportunities and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations and enrollments.
