Job summary

Learner Education is hiring an Academic Sales Representative to convert inbound inquiries into enrollments for tutoring services. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on needs assessment, solution selling, pricing discussion, and closing families into programs.

You'll manage a high volume of inbound leads, maintain CRM records, and pursue enrollment targets while delivering a positive customer experience. A proactive, results-driven sales mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or enrollment sales.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas, KPIs or revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, discussing pricing and closing deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated with lead management and follow-through.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand academic needs and goals.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up to move opportunities forward.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while ensuring a positive experience.
• Aim for enrollment, revenue, and performance targets.
