Learner Education, a fast-growing remote education company, is seeking motivated Academic Sales Representatives to join our team. This inbound role means families contact us, you understand needs, communicate value, overcome objections, and guide enrollment.

The position is full-time and remote, with base salary and uncapped commission, healthcare, flexible PTO, equity options, and a schedule that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in consultative or enrollment-based roles.
• Proven track record meeting quotas and revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, pricing discussions, and closing deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong lead follow-up.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand challenges and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close enrollments.
• Build trust via phone, text, and email communications.
• Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads with quality service.
• Keep CRM records up to date with conversations and outcomes.
• Pursue enrollment, conversion, revenue, and performance goals.
• Own results, welcome coaching, and seek continuous improvement.
