Job summary

Learner Education, a fast-growing, fully remote education company, is seeking motivated Academic Sales Representatives to join our team. This inbound role guides families toward enrollment and communicates the value of tutoring services.

You'll conduct discovery conversations, discuss pricing, overcome objections, and close opportunities while maintaining CRM records. This role targets enrollment, conversion, revenue, and performance goals in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in consultative or enrollment sales.
• Proven track record toward quotas and revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, pricing, and closing opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive with leads and follow-through.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Comfortable speaking with families by phone.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who have expressed interest in tutoring services
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges, goals, and tutoring needs
• Recommend appropriate tutoring solutions and clearly communicate their value
• Confidently discuss pricing, handle objections, and close sales
• Build trust and rapport through professional phone, text, and email communication
• Proactively follow up with prospective families and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes
• Consistently work toward enrollment, conversion, revenue, and performance goals
• Take ownership of your results, welcome coaching, and continuously improve your sales performance
