Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or enrollment-based roles.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas, KPIs, or revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, discussing pricing, and closing opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage leads and follow through on commitments.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who show interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and clearly communicate their value.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and guide families toward enrollment.
• Build trust and rapport through professional phone, text, and email communications.
• Follow up with prospective families and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes.
• Aim for enrollment, conversion, revenue, and performance targets.
• Take ownership of results, welcome coaching, and continually improve performance.
