Learner Education is hiring an Academic Sales Representative for a fully remote role. You will engage families who expressed interest in tutoring services, identify needs, communicate the value of our tutoring solutions, and guide enrollment while meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setting. Base salary, uncapped commission, healthcare, and flexible PTO are provided.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or enrollment sales.
• Proven track record toward quotas, KPIs, or revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, pricing, and closing opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, manages leads and follows through on commitments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand challenges, goals, and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value clearly.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close enrollments.
