Learner Education is seeking an Academic Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. You will nurture inbound inquiries from families seeking tutoring services, assess needs, and guide enrollments with a strong sales mindset.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting revenue goals, and thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment. The position offers base salary with uncapped commissions and a fully remote schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably consultative or enrollment-based sales.
• Proven track record toward quotas, KPIs, or revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, pricing discussions, and closing opportunities.

• Connect with prospective families who expressed interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand academic challenges and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value clearly.
