Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to drive account-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with US sales and account leaders. You will implement automation workflows and AI-powered signals to guide sellers on when to act, shaping how data informs new deals and expansions.

Daily use of AI tools within automations will be central, with opportunities to expand channels and optimize pipeline across multi-channel efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers.
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales alignment.
• Map processes and build automations that trigger actions for sellers.
• Maintain target account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue impact.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
