Tailscale is seeking an Integrated ABM Campaign Manager to scale creative, targeted campaigns across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. You will own 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, coordinating paid advertising, personalized content, direct mail, gifting, and Sales outreach to engage priority accounts.

In this hands-on role, you will test new ideas, build integrated programs, and leverage data to improve performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ABM campaigns for net-new and expansion.

Mansioni

• Own strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated ABM campaigns.
• Develop audiences, messaging, channel plans, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage targeted paid advertising, especially LinkedIn, plus personalized landing pages.
• Own direct mail, gifting, and scalable engagement programs.
• Partner with Sales and GTM Ops to identify target accounts and activate campaigns.
• Develop coordinated Sales outreach plays with the Sales Enablement Lead.
• Work with Product Marketing and Content on messaging and creative for priority audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise ABM, Events, and Partner Marketing on activations.
• Identify new opportunities from engagement signals and account intelligence.
• Track performance, test approaches, and optimize for engagement and pipeline.
