Team Velocity Marketing is seeking an ABM & AI Marketing Manager to lead account-based marketing and AI-powered engagement programs that accelerate pipeline. This is a full-time remote role, reporting to the CMO and Sales leadership, and focusing on audience segmentation and personalized engagement to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B marketing, ABM, or growth marketing.
Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and buyer journeys.
Experience aligning marketing with sales and enablement teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing tech platforms.

Responsabilités

Develop ABM strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value accounts.
Design multichannel engagement programs linking marketing to sales.
Lead AI-powered engagement journeys and qualification criteria.
Coordinate content and knowledge resources for AI conversations.
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize leads.
