Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated success developing targeted marketing programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, buyer journeys, personalized engagement, and sales enablement.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CMO and Sales leadership to develop account-based marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value accounts and audiences based on business potential, buying signals, and sales priorities.
• Develop personalized, multichannel engagement strategies that connect marketing initiatives with direct sales outreach.
• Collaborate with existing marketing teams to translate account-based strategies into targeted campaigns, messaging, and content.
• Lead the strategic implementation, day-to-day management, and ongoing optimization of Qualified.
• Develop AI-powered engagement journeys, conversational strategies, qualification criteria, and conversion pathways tailored to priority audiences.
• Identify and coordinate the development of product information, FAQs, case studies, and other knowledge resources needed to support effective AI-powered conversations.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators and technical teams to translate marketing objectives into platform requirements and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI marketing technologies and identify opportunities to improve personalization, engagement, and marketing efficiency.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify high-priority accounts, align engagement strategies with sales objectives, and uncover pipeline opportunities.
• Develop coordinated engagement strategies that connect AI-powered interactions, personalized marketing campaigns, and direct sales outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to translate account intelligence and buyer insights into effective campaigns, messaging, and sales resources.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to optimize lead qualification, routing, follow-up, and feedback processes.
• Identify opportunities to reengage prospects, accelerate active opportunities, and generate qualified pipeline.
