BairesDev is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing professional to act as the primary partner for our commercial teams within Growth Marketing. You will execute account-based campaigns, build AI-powered automations, and collaborate daily with US-based sales and account leaders.

You will design data-driven programs, maintain target-account and contact records in CRM, and report on pipeline results. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role requiring strong English fluency and a bias for

Formación

• 2+ years running ABM programs in collaboration with sales teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email + LinkedIn required).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations, not only for copy.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain data behind programs, including target lists and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes like meetings, opportunities, and revenue impact.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
