Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead ABM programs and build AI-powered automations that guide sellers on when to act. You will partner daily with US-based sales and account leaders, executing multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.

You will design data-driven processes, maintain target accounts, and report on pipeline impact weekly. This hands-on role requires strong collaboration with commercial teams and a passion for AI-enabled marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
• Map processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain target account lists and enriched CRM records for campaigns.
• Report weekly outcomes to leadership on pipeline impact and revenue influenced.
• Experiment with new channels and scale successful plays.
