Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. You will run ABM campaigns and build AI-powered automations to guide sellers, using tools like Claude within daily workflows.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, data enrichment, and automation development to improve pipeline and revenue, while collaborating across global teams in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across ≥3 channels (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns for target and existing accounts across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes with sales teams and build automations detecting signals and alerting sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target accounts and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on meetings, opportunities, deals, accounts, and revenue.
• Test new channels and plays beyond core channels and scale successful ones.
